Dawg Days

Ferris hosts special programs on selected Saturdays that are called Dawg Days. Both the "general" and "special" sessions consist of registration and a continental breakfast (pastries and beverages), a presentation which includes a question and answer period, a campus tour, and lunch in one of our dining units. The "special" sessions also include a tour of the college/program areas.

The program includes a power-point presentation by Admissions personnel which usually lasts around an hour. It is a general overview of our campus, admissions policies, career paths available, cost, financial aid and scholarships, and student life etc. During our Dawg Days, upon availability if there is an athletic event, we will offer free passes to our visiting students and their guests.

If you apply on-line for free before you attend your designated Dawg Days, bring your official high school transcripts in a sealed envelope and your official ACT scores and we can let you know right then and there on an admissions decision.
